Meadow Creek Cedar has met some but not all of the requirements of a remediation order on its forest license.
District manager Garth Wiggill says the local company hasn’t been idle but missed a March 31 deadline.
But that may not be enough to save the license.
The company is trying to sell the license which has been suspended since last fall.
