Yoga Day Retreat @ The Sentinel, Kaslo BC

Join Mandy on this day to give back to yourself. All day we will nourish deeply; morning yoga class, eat a handcrafted lunch provided by a professional chef, yoga after lunch accompanied by live musicians Trevor Scott and Dave, and then enjoy the outdoor spa (sauna, hot tub and lake to cold plunge).
