NELSON, B.C – More tech is coming to Nelson.
As the market keeps heating up globally, Vancouver-based Traction on Demand is opening up shop on top of the Legion building that they purchased a while back.
So far six employees are working with software solutions, but CEO and native Nelsonite Greg Malpass says they are a growing company.
“There is no limit”, he tells My Nelson Now.
“If the team grows we will find a second location”.
He says over one hundred applicants tried scoring a job with the Nelson office.
Malpass says he thinks the final number might land around 25, and that they will open up for internships and co-op placements with schools in the area.
