Nelson Youth Week acknowledges the contributions and talents of young people in our community. Activities kicked off yesterday and there’s a number of free events planned. Sarah Miles, Nelson Youth Action Network Coordinator, says the week finishes with the REEL Youth Film Festival and Gala at the Civic Theatre on May 2nd.
There’s a free swim for youth at the NDCC today from 3:00-5:00pm and tomorrow there’s an improv singing class with Bessie Wapp.
