Touchstones Museum of Art and History is gathering experiences from Nelsonites who lived here during the cold war.
Executive Director Astrid Heyerdahl says it will be used in a film for the “Diefenbunker” exhibit.
Heyerdahl says they’re looking for a number of different stories.
If you would like to be interviewed about your experiences you can contact Touchstones Nelson at 250-352-8200.
Heyerdal says they’re hoping to have the bunker open sometime this year, but that will depend on grant funding.
