Public can weigh in on Short Term Rental regulations

The City of Nelson wants your feedback on its short term rental regulations.

Alex Thumm with Development Services says it’s been over a year since the City created rules for Airbnbs and they want to know how it’s going.

Thumm says there has been a decrease in short term rentals since the rules were implemented from roughly 80 to about 55.

A survey is available on the City’s website until April 10.
