Three public hearings are happening at City Hall this afternoon.
The City will hear feedback on their amendments to the Official Community Plan and Zoning bylaws for Railtown.
The Nelson Cares Society is also re-zoning for their new affordable housing project at 805 Nelson Avenue which would create 47 new units for seniors and people with disabilities.
And another hearing will be held for a property at 711 Tenth Street.
The building is currently zoned for institutional use, but will be converted to residential.
The public hearings start at 4:30pm.
