Nelson seeking public input on laneway housing

The City of Nelson wants to hear from the public on laneway housing.

They’re inviting residents to complete a survey available on the city’s website.

The small backyard houses have been permitted in Nelson for a while but few homeowners have taken advantage – they’re seeking public input to investigate.

There will be an open house on Tuesday January 23rd from 4 PM to 7 in the Wildflower School Gym.

Residents are encouraged to complete the survery and attend the open house to learn more.
