The BC Green Party’s candidate in Kootenay West this May will be Rossland’s Samantha Troy.
She ran federally for the Greens in South Okanagan-West Kootenay in 2015.
She’s an active member of the United Steelworkers and works as a ski patrol dispatcher at Red Mountain Resort.
Troy has lived in Rossland since 1996.
