Construction of Nelson’s solar garden is complete but it won’t be connected to the power grid until spring.
EcoSave co-ordinator Carmen Proctor says they were hoping to do it sooner.
But there were delays and now Nelson Hydro crews were busy on another project at the power plant.
Proctor recently toured about 60 people who bought panels in the solar garden.
