Some financial assurance for next year’s Cyclone Taylor Cup Hockey Tournament in Creston.
RDCK Area C’s Larry Binks says local regional directors unanimously support the event.
He says they’ve agreed to consider any funding requests from the Creston Valley Thunder Cats.
Binks says each director would draw from Community Development Funds.
The Thunder Cats recently won the bid to host the 2017 BC Provincial Junior B Hockey tournament.
