Nelson applying for grant for Hall Street

As the City Of Nelson begins planning for the second phase of the Stores To Shores project on Hall Street one thing is clear, it will be a challenge.

Director Of Public Works Colin Innes says the location of phase two, which includes the highway intersection, makes it particularly daunting.

The city is applying for a grant which could greatly help with costs associated with the project and could see it completed next year.
