$4.6 million, or 90% of the total cost of the big reno, is coming from the feds.
And as RDCK CAO Stuart Horn explains, that means they now have money to put into a long-term reserve fund for any future fixes or unforeseen things.
The ceiling collapse at the old pool in 2013 was an unexpected financial drain.
