Teck Trail Operations is not just reporting record production, but record worker safety too.
4th quarter and total year results show a big increase in profits locally.
A record 307,000 tonnes of refined zinc and 23.5 million ounces of silver were produced in 2015.
But Spokesman Richard Deane says it was also their best year ever for worker safety.

That’s measured in what’s known as total recordable injury frequency.
Trail Operations generated $124 million in profit last year, a 65% increase over 2014.
