Selkirk writing workshop to be hosted by Lawrence Hill

A creative writing workshop at Selkirk College in Castlegar will feature a renowned Canadian author.

Lawrence Hill will be hosting the two day workshop in April.

Cara-Lee Malange, Selkirk’s Primary Coordinator for the program says hill will have a hand in choosing who gets to participate.

Selected participants will likely be able to enjoy the program with no tuition costs, thanks in part to a $500 sponsorship from the City Of Castlegar.

Ten applicants will be accepted once the shortlist of potential participants is finalized.
