A collision in Trail has left a pedestrian in hospital with undetermined head and neck injuries.
The crash occurred at 9:26am when a Canada Post worker was crossing Victoria Street southbound and was struck by a pickup truck making a left turn from Ceadar Avenue.
RCMP Sgt. Darryl Oelke says pedestrians need to be cautious as we get into wetter and darker weather.
The driver of the pickup truck was charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian and issued a ticket for not having insurance.
