One hour, 7,200 trees

Interfor is paying tribute to its local tree planters who took part in yesterday’s Guinness World Record attempt.

The company’s David Jackson says 31 people tried to plant as many trees as they could in an hour.

A crew from Atco also planted trees north of Rossland.

It could take about a year to certify the record.
