Nelson Police Department are investigating a break and enter into a local restaurant on Baker Street on Tuesday, September 24th.
Nelson police say an individual broke into the business after hours by climbing through a window.
The break-in was not discovered until the next morning but was caught on camera.
The file is still under investigation as officers are working to identify the suspect.
