David Travis, the man accused of deliberately setting three fires around the City of Nelson on July 24, has been released on bail.
Travis was being held in Kelowna awaiting a bail hearing.
He was granted release on September 25 with several conditions, including a requirement that he attend the Mustard Seed Recovery house program in Kamloops and wear an ankle monitor.
Additionally, his conditions include a prohibition from being within 10 kilometers of the City of Nelson with some exceptions and a prohibition from possessing any flammable products
Travis is facing several charges, including three counts of arson. His next court appearance is scheduled in Nelson for October 8.
