The Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL) is proud to announce a 10-year partnership with Showpass, beginning with the 2024-25 season.
“The KIJHL is excited to be working with Showpass in order to offer our fans a professional, standardized ticketing experience across the league,” says KIJHL commissioner Jeff Dubois.
“A number of KIJHL teams were already working with Showpass with impressive results, so it’s a great step forward for the KIJHL to adopt their platform for all 21 of our member clubs.”
KIJHL teams will be using the platform to offer consistency to its fans by making the ticket purchase process simple.

In teaming up with the Calgary-based ticketing company, Showpass will provide the league with tools to enhance the fan experience, thanks to their passion for technology with a love for live events.
About the KIJHL: The Kootenay International Junior Hockey League is a Junior A, Tier II league with 21 teams, 20 member clubs in B.C.’s Interior and Cariboo region and one in Washington State. Since its establishment more than 50 years ago, the KIJHL has developed hundreds of players who have moved onto college and professional hockey, including the National Hockey League. Among the KIJHL’s NHL alumni are Greg Adams (Nelson Leafs), Travis Green (Castlegar Rebels), Ray Ferraro (Trail Jr. Smoke Eaters), Shea Weber (Sicamous Eagles) and Derek Ryan (Spokane Braves).
