Nelson RCMP are appealing for witnesses following the death of a 16 year old involved in a head-on collision between an SUV and motorcycle on the Slocan River Rd near Winlaw yesterday, June 25.
RCMP were alerted to the incident at 12:35pm.
The 16 year old operator of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased at the scene by Paramedics.
The collision is still under investigation and the Nelson RCMP requests that any witnesses contact the RCMP at 250-352-2156 if they have not yet spoken to Police.
