A candidate for grand forks city council once advised Southern Interior MP Alex Atamenanko when he was agriculture critic for the NDP.
Colleen Ross was the Executive Vice President of the National Farmer’s Union of Canada for 12 years and used to own a farm outside of Ottawa.
Ross believes Grand Forks can be bettered by an ideology that is focused on sustainability.
