This week, another 340,000 Canadians applied for the Canada Emergency Response Benefit.
The Canada Revenue Agency and Service Canada said they’ve received in total just under 14.6-million applications for the benefit.
The federal government said just under $39-billion has been received by Canadians in CERB payments.
