With the warmer weather finally here, park and beach areas are getting busy again.
Regional District of Central Kootenay Area H Director Walter Popoff is reminding residents that dogs are not allowed in the Crescent Valley beach area.
This comes after a phone call he received this weekend.
He adds there are certain areas where dogs are allowed.
He says a dog control officer will be handing out fines this summer.
