The Nelson Leafs are off to the second round of the KIJHL playoffs.
They beat the Grand Forks Border Bruins at home Saturday 4-2 to win their first round best of seven series 4-3.
The Leafs face the Castlegar Rebels in round 2.
Game 1 happens Tuesday in Nelson.
