A 39-year-old Castlegar man is in trouble after being caught driving in Nelson with his blood-alcohol level allegedy three times the legal limit.
Sergeant Chad Badry with West Kootenay Traffic Services says the man was this month after a call came in about a suspected impaired driver.
The legal limit is 0.08 while the driver’s breath sample was 0.24.
Badry says the driver was issued a three month driving ban and was released with a promise to appear in Nelson court.
