After years of controversy and several staff resignations the BC Wildlife Federation has a new president.
He’s Nelson-based Harvey Andrusak.
He says he wants to bring stability to the organisation.
Among the areas of focus will be making people aware that it’s a lot more than just a hunting organisation.
The non-profit BCWF has about 45,000 members.
Andrusak also wants the province to invest more in staff and funding for the Fish and Wildlife branch.
