Class of ’67 and ’68 set for Nelson celebration

Grad may be long gone for this year’s LVR Grade 12’s but the celebrations are only just starting for the class of 1967.

A big 50th reunion event in Nelson will bring about 190 people together Tuesday and Wednesday.

The class of 1968 are also taking part.

Don Johnston, who is on the organizing committee, says it’s excellent news to have the community filled with many visitors.

Several events are planned including a breakfast , dinner-dance and golf tournament.
