The forecast isn’t looking too promising but Nelson’s Banding Together event is still going ahead.
It will feature about 100 players from seven community bands in a mass concert on Sunday.
Organizer Mary Defeo says the venue will depend on the weather.
The concert starts at 2 p.m. either way.

It helps mark the Nelson Community Band’s 120th anniversary.
Bands are coming from Cranbrook, Kimberley, Creston, Revelstoke, the Slocan Valley, and East Shore.
