Nelson police have arrested a 33-year-old Alberta man and seized what they say was a “significant” amount of cocaine.
Officers on patrol early at about 2 a.m. today spotted that they thought was a suspicious vehicle with two people loitering around it in an industrial area near Cottonwood Falls Park.
They arrested one suspect for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, and possession of LSD and marijuana.
The man is due in court today.
