There’s still no word what the new owner of the Kutenai Landing property in Nelson plans to do with it.
Sun 3 Holdings purchased the site next to the Chahko Mika Mall last December for $1.9 million.
But the city’s planning department says it hasn’t been approached with any development ideas.
The land was once earmarked for a condo development but that fell through.
