Increased flow of wine between BC, Ontario and Quebec

Local wineries are expected to benefit from a new inter-provincial trade agreement.

The new deal with Ontario and Quebec will cut red tape for BC wineries and increase market access.

Agriculture Minister Norm Letnick says this brings over 22-million potentially new wine consumers to BC wineries.

BC already has agreements with Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Nova Scotia.
