Federal prosecutors only have a few days left to decide whether to lay charges in the Lemon Creek fuel spill.
The deadline is Tuesday — three years after a truck spilled 33,000 litres of jet fuel into the creek.
Local resident Marilyn Burgoon — who initiated the prosecution privately — says she’s not giving up.
