Nelson at forefront of short-term rental debate, mayor says

Nelson’s mayor says the city is breaking new ground on short-term rentals.

Deb Kozak says they’re at the forefront of trying to regulate them.

The city may create a new business license for short-term rentals while limiting their total number and density.

Kozak says at the same time they need to encourage long-term rentals.
