Trustee concerned about L.V. Rogers overcrowding

A Nelson school trustee is worried L.V. Rogers Secondary will be overcrowded once Trafalgar closes.

Bill Maslechko says it’s something he hears about repeatedly.

Maslechko introduced a motion last night to add on to L.V. Rogers without specifying how much.

But it was defeated in a 7-2 vote.

Trafalgar’s closure is contingent on several things including an addition to Blewett elementary.
