The City of Nelson is asking for feedback on regulating short-term rentals.
Alex Thumm says they’ve posted some options online and you have until next Monday to comment.
But there already seems to be some consensus emerging based on two earlier surveys and a public meeting.
One option they’re considering is having a principal residence requirement similar to bed and breakfasts.
