The Nelson U16 Selects won gold at the BC girls soccer provincial B cup in Penticton.
They went undefeated through the round robin and then beat Vernon 2-0 in the final.
Coach Paul Burkart says it was an outstanding weekend.
Also a strong showing for the U-18 girls who won silver after losing a shootout against Penticton.
The U-14 girls won bronze.
