Castlegar RCMP are looking for help in locating a missing man.
44-year old Oscar Bot, of Castlegar, has not been seen or heard from since 9:30 Tuesday night.
According to RCMP, he was last seen on video turning onto Highway 3-A to head West from the entrance to the West Kootenay Regional Airport.
Bot was supposed to return home but never did and recently failed to show up for an important appointment he had scheduled.
He’s described as 6-foot-3, 175 lbs, blond hair, cut short over the ears and parted in the middle.
Bot was last seen wearing blue jeans, light coloured shoes, a grey and black short sleeve t-shirt and was carrying a pair of dark boots.
He was driving a navy blue 2003 Chevy S10 pickup with a black canopy and BC licence plate 7998-KG.
Castlegar RCMP, family and friends are concerned for Oscar Bot’s well being and wish to find him as quickly as possible.
