Overall Trail saw a near 4% decrease in values from 2015, but in many neighbourhoods quite a few homes actually saw increases.
Deputy Assessor with the BC Assessment Authority Ramaish Shah explains the variations in the Silver City.
He says there are factors that play a role in assessed values per property such as the age of the home and how recently it underwent renovations.
