Workers at the Castlegar And District Library have a new 4 year deal.
The contract has been ratified by CUPE sub-local 2262 which represents the seven employees.
They provide frontline library services, order and catalog books, provide technical services, and run various community programs.
The labour talks, which were resolved through mediation, resulted in wage increases of 1.5% the first year then 2% a year thereafter.
There are some improvements to language and benefits.
