It’s unclear when the next legal steps will be for the couple charged with the armed robbery in Nelson Friday.
33 Year old Andrew Stevenson and 26 year old Krista Kalmikoff are charged with one count each of robbing the Credit Union but other charges may follow.
Kalmikoff – who is from Nelson – is likely to have a bail hearing Tuesday, but the current status of Stevenson is unclear because he’s in hospital.
He was seriously hurt after jumping from a bridge in the Bonnington area before his arrest.
The two appeared briefly in court Monday morning … Stevenson via telephone.
