Teck Trail nets 4th quarter profit

Despite lower global commodity prices, Teck resources still managed to produce a slender profit in the final quarter of last year.

They made $16 million.

That’s a far cry from the $116 million in profit in the 4th quarter of 2014.

Teck Trail Operations more than tripled its profit compared to the 4th quarter of 2014.

That was at $39 million.

And Trail Operations had a very good year allround.

It made $124 million in profit compared to $76 million generated in 2014.
