Another setback in Trail’s skate park saga.
Scott Daniels, Chair of the society for Friends Of The Trail Skate Park, says he’s frustrated an application for a Federal Canada 150 Grant has been denied.
The group has been pushing for a skate park in Trail for nearly a decade.
It has raised over $60,000 to put towards an estimated $700,000 facility.
A skate park has support from the public and Daniels says Trail businesses are all for it as well.
He says they will not give up.
