Highway improvements top Creston Mayor’s year in review

Creston’s Mayor is calling highway improvements one of the town’s biggest achievements in 2015.

Ron Toyota says the construction of the Pine Street-Highway 3 Intersection was a huge undertaking.

He says the work started in March and was finished by mid-June .

Phase 2 of the project, the realignment of Highway 3 onto Cook Street, is set to be completed in 2016.
