GF office merger bucks trend:MLA

A provincial service office merger in Grand Forks is being applauded by the local MLA.

Linda Larson in Boundary-Similkameen, is happy to see the partnership between Service BC and the Ministry of Social Development and Social Innovation.

She says this runs contrary to a trend which often see these type of services taken away from rural settings.

The merger allows access to a wider array of services for residents and will extend operating hours.
