A very popular program from Selkirk College is being brought to Kaslo.
The Health Care Assistant program has been a fixture for years at the Trail campus, and will now be made more readily available to students on Kootenay Lake.
Dean of Instruction, Rhys Andrews, explains the important role the program plays in our region.
The program, which has an employment rate of over 95%, will be running out of the Kaslo Learning Center with a capacity for 10 students.
Classes in Kaslo begin January 4th.
